Where is my order?
You will be emailed an order receipt once your order has been placed - please double check your junk & spam inbox as well. We will notify you when your order leaves our warehouse and is en route for delivery. If you have any questions whatsoever, please reach out to our team via email - we usually respond within 12 - 24 hours.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Your order should arrive within 1 - 2 weeks of it being placed and we are working around the clock to make sure that it arrives to you as soon as possible!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide to most countries!
Do I have to pay customs fees for my order?
Customs fees depend on the laws of your country. In the majority of cases, you are not required to pay any customs fees. We mark all our orders as low-value gifts. Moreover, we send larger orders in separate packages to avoid such charges.
If you are charged with customs fees, please contact us and we will reimburse 100% of the cost with Store Credit on our shop.
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. We typically ship within a few days time of your order being placed and once it has been shipped out of our warehouse, we are unable to cancel & refund your order.
Can I apply discount codes to all items?
If you see a special discount code, it is applicable for all non-sale items during checkout :)
